Instructional design/ Instructional video
Project Overview
This project was done for my instructional design class. This was a semester long project. We were to create a 3-4 minute video, instructing someone how to do something. The other parameters for the assignment was to, create a script, include steps, talk on the camera at least twice, create a flow chart, and include static imagery.
My Contributions
This was a solo project. Therefore, I completed the script, filmed the video, and edited it.
This video was created to meet the rubric and learning objectives, of the course. While working on the project, I did research, and watched other tutorials on the same subject matter. I wanted to analyze what works and what does not.
From there, I created a flow chart and a script, to outline the flow from scene to scene. I then created all the graphics and static imagery. I used Bloom's Taxonomy and Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia to ensure the final outcome fulfilled the end-user's needs.
